Stroller Yoga and Real Talk in the Park 

The first half of each week will begin with stroller yoga with Spruce it Up Yoga in Town Parkin Aurora. During the second half each week we will connect with other parents in the community and have real talk about things like: Intrusive thoughts, debunking the perfect mother myth, challenging feelings in parenthood like missing your prebaby life, resenting your partner and more!
