We know that trying to understand infant sleep can be overwhelming. It doesn't help that we have completely unrealistic expectations of what normal biological infant sleep looks like or that there is so much conflicting information out there! Firstly, what you need to know is that we believe that you are the expert when it comes to your baby - you know what is best for you and your family. In working together, our hope is to empower you so that you believe this too. Secondly, with a background in Perinatal Mental Health & Infant and Early Child Mental Health we can offer a unique approach that draws on an understanding of biologically normal infant sleep, that is developmentally supportive of your infant's attachment while also supporting your mental health.
